Examples of My Social Media Work for Skagit Trail Builders
Skagit Trail Builders is a 501 c(3) nonprofit that collaborates with local agencies and an amazing community of volunteers to design, build, and advocate for an interconnected system of trails in Skagit County. In 2022 we added instagram and video to our digital strategy, helping us increase our volunteer attendance by 24%.
Examples of My Social Media Work for C+C
C+C is a communications agency with offices in Seattle, Portland, Boston, and Puerto Rico. I worked with them for 9 months, first as an graduate school intern, then as an independent contractor.
My responsibilities included managing the agency’s social media strategy. I worked collaboratively with the art department and the accounts Team to collect video, photos, and other content. Together we developed a catalog of templates for sharing stories, events, awards, and client work.

I worked as communications specialist for the Office of the Superintendent of Public Schools while attending graduate school. Among my responsibilities; translate long form articles about public school policy into short stories for social media sharing. I also created templates using OSPI’s brand colors and fonts.
